I am a Certified Pilates Instructor—this is not real Pilates…you shouldn’t use props as a beginner unless it is to modify the movements. She’s using them to advance them, etc. Her form was wrong, as well…don’t use this video…
I have done the exercise but I dont know why to move the arms that way.

She’s looks healthy, idiot, not starving. Look at the muscles in her arms and the size of her legs. Why are you watching exercise videos just to call people down?
