Exercise(s) of the Week: Tone the Inner Thighs
I'm thinking that around Thanksgiving strong ab work is not necessarily going to go well with Turkey and pie. So how about some leg work?
This inner thigh set gives you exercises and tips for toning those ever-elusive inner thighs. This is important work, not just for looks, but because a weak inner thigh means a leg that isn't functioning to it's full capacity. You do still have to pull up through the abs, but at least it's not a big forward flexion workout.
