Got questions?  Well fret not, Pilates friends… we have the answers.  If after absorbing what lies beneath, you are still unclear about anything, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We love to engage with other Pilates devotees!  

Where are you located?

Wow, Pilates! is located in beautiful Sonoma, California, a hub of wellness and holistic healing.  Many Pilates aficionados were born here and some well-recognized pioneers planted seeds here including Madeline Black who founded Studio M in downtown Sonoma. Some of our contributors are disciples of Madeline. Be sure to check out our Live Love Pilates section for some nuggets of wisdom.

Is Wow, Pilates! a retailer?

Well…sort of?  We are a hub of sorts. We believe in harnessing the power of information.  We believe in the power of Pilates in all of its many forms.  We provide information in as many different ways as possible and tap our pool of Pilates experts to share knowledge as there are many different schools of thought in the wonderful world of Pilates.  We are also a marketplace of sorts.  We have partnerships with some of the leading manufactures in Pilates apparatuses and love to give our network the option of purchasing through us.  We also can help sell your used apparatuses too.  Get in touch if you have something you’d like to sell on Wow, Pilates!

What brands do you sell?

Currently, we provide full lines of product from Merrithew™ Health and Fitness and Elina Pilates but are in discussions with other manufacturers to extend our selection of high end Pilates apparatuses.  We only sell from manufacturers who we feel provide standards of excellence and stringent quality control in each and every one of their products.  We carry each manufactures’ full line so if there is something you don’t see on our site, give us a call or an email and we will do all we can to provide it for you at the best possible price.  

Do you ship from a warehouse?

We actually have shipping arrangements with the manufacturers so you will receive your Pilates equipment directly from them.  If you have any issues with your delivery, please let us know and we will do all we can to make sure it is worked out with the manufacturers to your satisfaction.  We aims to please our customers! 

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our manufacturers, we do not accept returns so we ask that you be certain of your purchase when you make the order. That said, if there are any problems with your delivery, we will make sure everything is worked out with the manufacturer.  All of our manufactures stand behind their product. If they didn’t, we would simply not provide their merchandise on Wow, Pilates!

I am a certified Pilates teacher and have a lot to share, can I contribute to your Pilates For Life section?

Music to our ears.  Wow, Pilates! prides ourselves on our input from our network of Pilates experts. We believe knowledge is power and sharing information from experts is the key to every rewarding Pilates practice. Please email us at wow@wowpilates.com to contribute content. 

Do you sell directly to Pilates Studios, Gyms and Rehabilitation Centers?

Yes, we do!  We love to work with everyone from home practitioners to studio owners to physical therapists in getting you the best equipment at the most reasonable price possible.  We are also happy to offer PMA and volume discounts to studios and clinics.  Email wow@wowpilates.com with some information on your business and what you’re looking for and we will be in touch. 

Do you have a Price Match Guarantee on new product?

We try.  We are not Amazon or Costco.   Pilates is really all we do and we’d like to think we do it really well.  We try to have the most competitive prices online.  If you see something for less elsewhere, please contact us and we will see if we can match it.  That said, we do need to make a profit so we can keep bringing you amazing educational content from our network of Pilates experts. 

 What Makes Wow, Pilates Unique?

Aside from being a hub for all things Pilates, we believe in a concierge approach to eCommerce.  We want to make sure any order that gets placed is verified before getting sent to the manufacturer for processing.  So upon making a purchase, expect a call verifying your order.  We also like to follow up via email to let you know expected ship time once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.  Given the demand these days, some of the manufacturers have longer than usual wait time and we will stay on top of your order.  Then once the order has been delivered, we also like to send an email verifying that all went smoothly.  We believe in providing feedback to the manufacturers.

What is Your Return Policy?

We only sell product from superior manufacturers who provide the utmost care in their production process, use high-quality components and make Pilates equipment built to last.  Due to the custom nature of the product, our manufacturers do not accept returns for refunds therefore we must enforce this policy.  So we ask that you be certain of your purchase prior to placing the order.  That said, all manufacturers stand behind their product in the event that it is defective.  We have included information on product warranties in the tabs associated on the product pages.  We ask that you review prior to placing your order.
