About the Arc Barrel

The Arc Barrel from Merrithew™ Health and Fitness is an essential accessory that can offer an additional challenge to matwork exercises as well as support for those in rehabilitation.   This versatile accessory features a gentle curve to help lengthen the spine and requires less flexibility than alternate arc barrels. The apex has a larger surface area providing greater support and demands less balance control.  It’s a smaller Pilates barrel making it lighter. lower and closer to the ground, which makes inverter positions easier to achieve.   Made for both those in rehabilitation as well as fitness enthusiasts, the arc barrel is constructed with dense EVA foam which fuses proprioceptive feedback with ultra comfort.

Upgrade to the deluxe version for just $30 more and enjoy baltic birch panels and contoured handles which help facilitate portability.
