About the Ladder Barrel
The Ladder Barrel from Merrithew™ Health and Fitness is an essential component to any fully equipped home Pilates studio. It conditions the core on a deep level and challenges strength and flexibility for all fitness types, from beginners to high level athletes. The frame is exquisitely crafted with durable stainless steel, while dense EVA Foam provide the most for optimal comfort. The Ladder Barrel also includes six ladder rungs to provide support and stability in any number of positions for a variety of users. To accommodate different torsos and leg lengths, the hide barrel slides on a sturdy metal base altering the distance between the ladder and the barrel. Four heavy gauge star knobs secure the barrel and the superior construction ensures stability and durability. This adjustability makes it easy to accommodate different body types and fitness levels.
