About Rotational Diskboard™

The Rotational Diskboard™ is an essential reformer accessory for the SPX®/SPX® Max.   This unique attachment, developed by Merrithew™ Health and Fitness, facilities rotational exercises involving both upper and lower quadrants. It offers horizontal and vertical mounting slots to accommodate a variety of foot placement options.   Individual mounting also offers the possibility for an asymmetrical stance targeting rotation in hip flexion and extensions, adduction  and abduction or combination of all three.

The default version of the Rotational Diskboard™ includes two 10″ mounting disks but you have the option of upgrading to 12″ mounting disks for those users with larger than average foot size.

This unit is shipped from Canada. Pricing does not reflect freight, customs clearance, import duties and local taxes.
