About the Spine Supporter

The spine supporter is just one of the many Pilates barrels offered by Merrithew™.  It allows exercisers to maintain a semi upright-seated position while holding the spine in an ideal curved alignment. The integrated support straps reduce tension in the neck and shoulders while at the same time assist in stabilizing the spine.

The spine supporter is ideal for people who are unable to lie flat including pregnant women, heavier individuals and others requiring additional support as it insures ideal alignment and promotes better form for the entire body.
